Ramen is king… you seriously have not lived until you’ve tried Japanese Ramen (though Sanuki Udon is a close 2nd followed by either Curry Udon or Zara Soba)
Japan is not all about sushi, and I intend to show many other options other than raw seafood in this next series of posts. I will separate it into different dish categories, and also mention if the dish is meat free (in case vegetarians wonder what is OK for them to eat).
